I have been told that I put clients at ease with my way of accepting all situations as life challenges. I have worked with individuals, parents, children and couples for over 20 years as a teacher and counselor. I have a wealth of experience to bring to my work and I love helping people find solutions and insight into their lives. I’m confident that together we can work to equip you with the tools to face and overcome your challenges. Whether you are struggling with life transitions, retirement, aging, anxiety, or relationship issues, it is important that you know you don’t have to be alone in this journey.
