I am a licensed clinical social worker and licensed alcohol and drug counselor, licensed in both Minnesota and Illinois. My areas of specialty include addiction, anxiety, depression, family-of-origin issues, self-esteem issues and relationship struggles. I take an interactive, solution-focused approach, working with individuals to effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach.
