About this Service

Welcome! My name is Kelly, and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed School Counselor in the state of North Carolina. I have provided counseling services in the mental health, substance abuse, and school setting since 2004, working with young children, teens, and adults. My counseling approach is unique to each client. I work with my clients to identify and set goals that they are inspired to work on. Everyone has strengths and struggles and I incorporate both into helping clients throughout the therapeutic process. Therapy is a place for you to come as you are. It is important to me that you feel heard, validated, and have a safe space to process your experiences. Reaching out for help can be difficult and often scary, especially when you don’t know what to expect. Congratulations on making the first difficult step toward your goals.
