I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Colorado with over 15 years counseling experience working with a wide range of clientele aging from 1-99. I have worked in the fields of medical social work, hospice, social services, and chronic illness. My experience include issues relating to grief and loss, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, anger management, and familial conflict.

I believe in treating everyone with dignity and respect, with an open mind, and honest approach. My style includes using strength based focus, empowerment, cognitive behavioral theory, and active listening. I believe in providing the tools you need to live a happier more fulfilling life.

When I’m not working I love enjoying everything Colorado. I am married with two children, a fish, a dog, and 4 chickens. Maybe some day we’ll get our goats! You can often find us hiking in our backyard, skiing and snowboarding, biking, and hitting up the local festivals. I am an avid runner and love to find the next adventure race with my friends. Life is too short, you deserve to live it doing what you love and with a smile on your face.
