About this Service

I like to think of life as play and therapy as a type of art. I strive to help people create better versions of themselves by trying to re-create their reality in my mind and walk them through the chaos that is life. We all have trouble navigating our lives when we forget our potential and strengths. Our goal will be for everyone to leave the session ready to look at every obstacle as an opportunity to grow.

I have been able to help clients in the areas of crisis intervention, anger management, suicide ideation/attempt, impulse control, irrational thinking, anxiety, emotional regulation, interpersonal communication, trauma, psychosis, drug and alcohol use, DCPP and probation, stress management, family/spouse conflict, and life goals. I look forward to helping clients who are ready to help themselves realize their potential. I make sure to meet each client with unconditional positive regard.

I graduated with a Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University in 2017. I have been in practice since then and have experience serving diverse populations. I like to implement a plan of action using specific goals that focus has been on incremental behavioral change while working towards addressing and resolving more deep-seated issues. I have a background in substance abuse and co-occurring disorders, as well as the myriad of problems that come with it.
