About this Service

Hello all!

My name is Beverley and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I have experience working with clients who struggle with adjustment, anxiety, anger management, parental conflicts, trauma, abuse, and a wide range of other problems.

In order to provide culturally sensitive therapeutic work, I believe in learning my clients as individuals, who matters to them, and the things they find value in. I view clients as the expert of their own lives. I understand problem formation, and change from a systemic lens, where I consider both internal and external influences.

I believe in meeting my clients where they are, which is really important when dealing with stressful issues. When beginning a therapeutic relationship, building rapport is imperative to creating and maintaining, an authentic safe space. I am here to be a listening ear and I look forward to working with you.
