Work With Me!

About this Service

I am a therapist, social worker, writer, and social activist, living and working in the Boston, MA area. For the past 20 years, I’ve been working with people from many varied backgrounds, many of whom are parents, all of whom are facing the challenges of being human in a complex world.

What I bring to my work is vast experience, an ability to connect through listening deeply, and the perspective that each of us have done our best to navigate life. I believe we all carry with us many strengths and struggles connected to the families, communities and societies we were raised in. We are all on a journey of recovery, some of us from trauma, grief, and losses we’ve experienced, others from addiction, all of us from a variety of stresses and life events.

I see therapy as a place where you can heal, share your particular story, see yourself and those around you more clearly, and develop tools and strategies for creating change in your life. I enjoy using writing and journaling as part of the process for those who are interested in this. I look forward to meeting you and being on this journey with you.
