Hello!

My name is Andria Achong and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Florida. I have been practicing in the clinical social work field for 10 years. I graduated from Florida State University with a Master in Social Work. I have worked with different populations include teenagers, adults, and geriatrics. My experience includes working with individuals with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, career challenges, substance use issues, and major life changes including growing older and adjusting to new normals.

Many of the patients I have previously worked with experienced anxiety, depression, addiction and other negative emotions that you could be experiencing yourself. I use a number of techniques depending on what works for the patient. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic approaches, strength-based approaches, solution focused techniques, and mindfulness practices. You are the most important part of the counseling relationship. We start where you are and work towards the goals you want to achieve. I look forward to working with you and guiding you in meeting your therapeutic goals.
