I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas, I am an experienced therapist in treating trauma, PTSD, Sexual Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Anger, Relationship conflict and have strong experience in treating military population to include the member and their families. Not only do I believe in treating the mind I believe in treating the mind, body and soul. I tailor your treatment goals through a collaborative approach that allows us to work as a team to empower you to getting back to better. I have extensive training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , Motivational Interviewing , Mindfulness approach and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Based on your needs through these different evidence based treatment modalities we will can work on managing trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and PTSD. Together we will empower you, increase your self-esteem, set healthy boundaries, as well as learn to regulate your emotions in a positive manner and positively change your thoughts .
